Weekly Focus - Being Present (1)

If we would define being present as: "being in the moment, not thinking about the future or the past" how often are you in the present? Once a day? Hours a day? Once a month? During what activities are you most present?


  1. I love reflecting on life as simply a 'present' a gift, one either chooses to embrace and to enjoy, or to not, not value, not enjoy 'the gift,' "present"

  2. I think that being present is not simply being present but being present with something. I'm present with my eating, with the sence of food, with my body, with the cold air, with the sounds around me.

    Even when I'm being present - in the present moment - I'm present with something.
